[rt-users] Stumped! Assign ticket to someone

Amigos,
Just wondering whether any of you could give me some
pointers on what I am doing wrong.
I've installed RT and..
1) created several queues
2) added a group InfolabAdmins as Watchers (AdminCC)
3) changed the rights on the group globally to
superuser
Now, if I want to change the owner of the ticket, none
of the members of InfolabAdmins show up in the
dropdown. The dropdown just has Nobody.
Also, the group is not showing up in Current watchers
of a ticket.
Any help is highly appreciated!
