[rt-users] Attachments not emailed?

Did you click "Save changes" before "Update ticket"? That's how I solved the problem.

We've just noticed that when we attach a document to a 'correspond', the 
email that goes out does not have the attachment .. just the text we 
wrote (which was "see attachment" .. oops!)

I can't see this as a setting in the config, and while I could look 
through the source for it, I imagine someone will know the answer off 
the top of their head :)
