[rt-users] Custom field "help" text removal

Hello,

I want to remove the help text that is displayed under custom fields, 
such as "Enter one value".  I have grep'ed for this field and apart from 
  the .po translation files, this phrase appears in 
/opt/rt3/lib/RT/CustomField_Overlay.pm.  Does anyone know if it's safe 
or advisable to edit this file to remove the text?  If not, how can I 
remove this text?
