Not really.  With FC you have to do complete system version
upgrades often, something fairly painful when complicated apps
like RT are present.

It's not perfect of course, but often the tradeoff works in your
favor compared to the number of new bugs introduced in the
untested code of the latest version.   You just have to get
past the versions that really screwed up the international
character set handling.
