At least Locale::Maketext::Lexicon is missing.
Try make testdeps and look for
Core dependencies/Locale::Maketext::Lexicon.
If it is "missing" just do make fixdeps.
If "found"... something broken, try:
$> perl -MCPAN -e 'install Locale::Maketext::Lexicon'
