[rt-users] Suggestion for $RTAddressRegexp

If you need that, I recommend using this (?i) like so:
$RTAddressRegexp='^(?i)(foo\@example\.com|bar\@example\.com)$'

Since e-mail addresses are case-insensitive, I suggest adding //i to the
RTAddressRegexp regular expressions in the following files:
