[rt-users] Cc and bcc not working (admin cc seems to work)

RT doesn’t seem to be sending copies of mail to CC and BCC recipients.
Anybody have any ideas on why this might be? 

Is it a configuration issue? (I looked at RT_SiteConfig but couldn’t find anyhting),
A scrip issue? Or more of a bug in rt v3.4.2 ??
