Thanks all, now RT 3.6 is working, we don't need to change de 
httpd.conf, my problem was the PREFIX in make install, I need to install 
rt in /usr/local/www/data/rt3.

I'm still runing apache+mod_perl-1.3.37 in FreeBSD 6.1.
