[rt-users] FastCGI problem

I am unable to connect to the rt web interface. I see this in my
http/error_log.
    FastCGI: comm with server "/opt/rt3/bin/mason_handler.fcgi" aborted
 
I am also seeing 
    client [1.2.3.4] FastCGI: incomplete headers received from server
"/opt/rt3/bin/mason_handler.fcgi" aborted 
 
Whats happening?
