[rt-users] several httpd and mysql process running?

Hello,

I was looking at "top" on my RT install and noticed that there were 9 httpd
processes running and about 12 mysql process running...
Needless to say that was slowing down the performance of RT...

Is there a way to limit the number of processes? Is that an apache
configuration issue or an RT issue?
