[rt-users] forbidden

not quite sure what to do here...

installed rt successfully... then when i try and view the web interface,
i get...

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.html on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an
ErrorDocument to handle the request.
