[rt-users] 3.2.1 to 3.4.5 upgrade

As a follow-up, notice the difference in the directory prefixes in the
directions:
/opt/rt3/sbin/rt-setup-database --action schema \
--datadir etc/upgrade/<version>
The rt-setup-databse is in the INSTALLED location, while the DB schema
is in the untarred location.
