[rt-users] Re: You don't have permission to access /rt on this server

If I understand you correctly, I encountered this
problem when I tried to start the
httpd://myipaddress/rt. It hadn't gone to the login
stage so far.
In my httpd.conf file, I used 
"Allow from all".

It is my first time heard .htaccess. Where can I find
this file?
