[rt-users] RT 3.5.6 bulk update doesn't work?

Figured out what was going on.

MySQL needed mysql_fix_privilege_tables run--now bulk update works fine.
(There are times when I wish portupgrade would gather pkg-messages and
email them concisely to root.. :-\ )
