[rt-users] Can't revoke rights

When unchecking "Let this user be granted rights" the service doesn't respond (process shoots up in CPU and doesn't reply).
Has anyone had this problem and fixed it?
We have RT 3.4.4., Oracle db and perl v5.8.5.
Last from log is
