[rt-users] New installation never before seen error

Hi all.

i've installed rt3 about 30 times on various systems in the past  
year, this is my first time on RedHat EL 4.2.

using FCGI, mysql and rt-3.4.5

  ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/rt3 --with-web-user=apache --with- 
web-group=apache --with-fastcgi --with-mysql

db is created and i can log in.


but then i go to test1.mydomain.com/rt/    i get the following
