Hi all,

I come back with this question:

Since RT344, i detected that ModifyCustomfield right is required to fill 
in custom field during the submission action.
In addition, i detected that ModifyCustomfield right allow to modify 
custom field value without having ModifyTicket right.

In us organization, only owner can modify a ticket.

I'm surprised by this young behaviour, what's your point of view ?
