[rt-users] Mail amd log module don't work on my RT

Recently I've set up RT3 in RHEL4.

 

Everything goes well except the mail and log. 

 

I am sure the sendmail works but RT doesn't send any mail.

 

Other more, RT doesn't log anything or even doesn't create the log file.

 

How can I fix them?
