[rt-users] Can't see tickets in 10 New Tickets

Using v3.6.0 and recently lost the ability to see the tickets in 10 New
Tickets under RT at a glance.  I'm in a group with superuser rights so I
don't see how it could be a rights issue.  What else should I be looking at?
