in your RT_Siteconfig.pm, you have:

Set($CorrespondAddress , 'support at mydomain.com');

The address, support at mydomain.com, should not be assigned to anyone 
else, or any other system!

For testing purposes, just use wchever at terracottatech.com... there is no 
harm in doing that.

What I normally do is to install and configure RT as much as I want, 
then create a dump of the database (mysqldump --opt rt3 > rt3.sql).
I then do as much testing as I want. Once satisfied that things are
working like, I then drop the db and restore from the dump.
