[rt-users] How to configure qmail?

I have qmail installed in my system. How can I
configure qmail to utilizing the system? I looked at
the RT Essential because it described about using
qmail. However, It is really messy because the book
mentioned #cat ~rt/.qmail-general.

I don't know where doesn this ~rt mean? Did you have
similar experience?
