[rt-users] Double login required

Hello,

Our privileged users are experiencing a problem whereby they must login 
twice in order to perform an action on a ticket.  E.g. They open RT at 
the start of the day, login, click to take a case (or similar action) 
and have to login again.  RT will then behave normally for the rest of 
the day.

Has anyone else experienced this?  It's RT 3.5.5, just authenticating 
via the RT users table.
