hi
I have a requirement to set a queue with group A that
can see only group A's faults, group B that can only
see group B's faults within that one queue. If i don't
grant anything they can only see their own faults, not
the group as a whole. If i give them ShowTickets they
see all the faults in the queue. Is there a way to do
this ? Thanks
