[rt-users] Intermittent resolve ticket issue

I have an issue where just recently this symptom began happening on RT
3.6.1.

 

When you resolve a ticket is says in the gui Ticket has been resolved,
but remains open.

 

Try a moment later, and then it works.

 

Any ideas? I have found nothing in the logs that indicate an issue.
