[rt-users] Does anyone else think the 3.6.1 UI is... less attractive... than 3.4.5?

Some further critique:

- "recent tickets" cannot be sorted by last update any more
- in the articel view, there are no horizontal color seperators any more
  between transactions, which is a bit confusing
