[rt-users] Custom field value upon creation In Approval process

Hi,
The template activated when creating a new approval process is as follows:

Subject: Engineering ECO Approvement of {$Ticket->Subject}
Depended-On-By: TOP
Queue: ECO_Approvals
Owner: Engineering
Type: approval
AdminCC: {
     my $group_name  = 'ECO-Approvers-Engineering';
     my $groups      = RT::Groups->new( $RT::SystemUser );

     $groups->LimitToUserDefinedGroups();
     $groups->Limit(
           'FIELD'    => 'Name',
           'OPERATOR' => '=',
           'VALUE'    => $group_name );

What I would like to do is a add another line to set the value of a
custom field I created in the approval queue to be a certain value.

What line should I write in the template?

I'm Using version 3.4.5
