[rt-users] rt-3.6.1 bcc and Quote last transaction, please help

Hi There;
rt-3.6.1, apache2, mod_perl
Is there Bcc function in the update / Create pages broken, my rt 
instance does seem to send to bcc.
Also:
Is there a way for me to show the last update in the update page (ie if 
someone mail in and the staff member wishes to update from the web 
interface, is there a way to quote the original mail in the update page) 
, I remember it was the default in pre 3.2 ..
