Hello all, I'm new to RT, having been led here by a random remark in the
documentation of Hiveminders todo.pl tool ( an excellent tool btw... once I
added bash completion to it very , very handy )

I like RT as an idea, although I am wondering about the limitations of the
command line tool... can it do everything the web interface can? We work
in the shell most of the time, and I'd like to stick to a handy command
line tool instead of switching windows. What limits are there to the
command lline tool, and how easy is it to extend it?

Also, where can I find a link that gives a common workflow to using RT?
I'll definitely check the wiki again, but last time i did so, it seemed that
there were lots of atavan ??? spam or something?

Thanks
