[rt-users] Enable Disabled Field

Hi,

Is there any way to enable a disabled custom field?  I can see the the
disabled value in the custom field table, so is this the only place I need
to change?  If it's not too much work and it's not already there, could
there be a feature added to RT to enable disabled fields?
