[rt-users] 3.6.3 system error accessing /admin/global/myRT.html

Hi,

I'm trying to modify everyone's homepage, RT at a glance, with a link that
points to
rt3/Admin/Global/MyRT.html

When I arrive at that link, I am shown a system error.
Can anyone offer any advice on this please ?
