[rt-users] RTFM Article fail

Hi everyone,
We have:
            -RT 3.7.13
            -RTFM 2.2 ORC6
            -RT-IR 2.3.3
            -Apache 1.3.34 / FastCgi

Hello, when we Reply to an Incident Report and we insert an RTFM article, if we try to make a new reply, we get this error:
