Hello Kris,
I had a problem with configure of rt-3.6.3
had redo configure without option --with-db-rt-pass
./configure --with-apachectl=/usr/local/apache2/bin --with-web-user=wwwrun --with-web-group=www
Then setup the db user and password manually later on.
