[rt-users] Assigning Tickets

Okay, our general setup is this:

Group1 -> Queue1

Group2 -> Queue2

I want to be able for Group1 to move a ticket into Queue2 but NOT be able to
see any of the tickets in Queue2 and vice versa.

Is this possible?
