[rt-users] Branding RT 3.6.3

Hi,

I searched the RT Wiki, Google, etc for a simple RT branding/look-and-feel-customisation HOWTO but came up blank, I take it no such thing exists?

Also it would be nice if there were an official platform on which for people to share their modified RT themes (the best of which could be shipped as selectable themes with future releases of RT?).
