[rt-users] Question on reminders

Jesse,

	Yep. Got it. They have a "refers to" on the link record, but because 
they are classified as "reminders" instead of "tickets" on the ticket 
record, they don't show up as "refers to" in the base ticket display, 
but show as reminders. Kool. Thanks.
