[rt-users] simple question: time&date on at-a-glance page?

I changed Elements/Header:

   <&|/l&>Not logged in.</&>
   % }
+ % my $ds = localtime; print "<br>$ds";

time / date gets shown under the 'logged in as ...' bit.
