[rt-users] Attaching files causes time-out.

Hi

When trying to attach files to a ticket, the system sometimes times out
after clicking "Add more files".  The file attachment size doesn't
necessarily have to be very large for this to happen (e.g. 200K).

Ubuntu-server 6.06 LTS
RT 3.6.3 compiled from source.
Intel Xeon 3.0ghz.
MYSQL 5.022
