[rt-users] Weirdness with $WebURL and certain links

(Sorry to be slow - I just resubbed, and didn't realize I had a mail  
filter filing all my mail for me from last time I was on-list...  
wondered why it wasn't coming through.)


Yes, the config page does show what I expected (the correct  
hostname:port combo).
