[rt-users] Your most complex ticket searches?

RT's search UI allows some incredibly complex search queries, but we  
have no idea how much you guys are using it in the field.

What are the searches you're performing every day? What's the most  
complex thing you've done with the query builder?

Just build your query, hit "advanced" and copy and paste the query  
into a reply to this message. Be sure to tell us what you were  
searching for in plain English, too.
