[rt-users] Installed RT Extension CommandByMail for email commands now RT not working

Hello everyone

 

A rather Urgent request for help please.

 

I installed RT::Extension::CommandByMail to enable email commands. Now all I
get when trying to enter the rt gui is a request to downlioad the unix

Directory structure.

 

I have tried to restart apache but no use.
