[rt-users] Asset Tracker: add link to asset from Ticketcustomfield

look in RT_SiteConfig.pm for what '$rtname' is set to - this is what you
should put in what you have marked as [mywebpath].
eg. Set( $rtname, 'potsdam.edu');
