	Besides giving queue/ticket rights to groups, groups also have to
have 
rights to a Custom Field in order to see it and/or modify it. 
Administration of a Custom Field involves changing the type of data 
expected, creating new ones, etc. Those rights are granted via Queue 
rights for groups. To see the CF in a ticket or modify it (within it's 
data drop down) is a right you grant by going to 
Configuration->CustomFields->SelectField->Group Rights. Select the 
rights you want the different groups to have when dealing with the 
ticket custom field. Hope this helps.
