[rt-users] Managed to mess up the default "Unowned Ticket" search

I messed up the Unowned Ticket Search.  Now, after recreating the
search, the "Take" link on new tickets is not displayed in the search
output.

HELP.  Can someone tell me how to recreate the default Unowned Tickets
search?
