[rt-users] Reply address munged

As the master of answering my own questions:

Turns out my predacessor(s) had escapped the @ in CorrespondAddress so it looks like this:

Set($CorrespondAddress , 'support\@ptgrey.com');

Yeah, removed the \ and we are all better now, thanks.
