[rt-users] rt upgrade experience

hi:
   yes i click update ticket button after comment.
the browser is IE6 or firefox 2 or firefox 3. same result.

   and i didn't see the new editor when creating new ticket. it only
show up when comment or reply.

   i can see the html tags when i download "with headers". like below:

<p><span style="font-size: x-large">test test test</span></p>

  but i don't know where these html tags will take effects. i can only
see plain text in RT browser page or email.
