[rt-users] Rt at Glance and upgrade from 3.2.1 to 3.8.0

hi:
   maybe your version of DBD::mysql is too old?
you can try rt3.8.1rc2, the "make testdeps" will check DBD::mysql version.
i got errors before upgrade my DBD::mysql, but i forgot the error message.
