[rt-users] Issues on RT 3.8.1

You missed a step.

Per Ruslan yesterday:
`a_session` column is longtext what is WRONG and means that you HAVN'T
upgraded correctly.

Read UPGRADING.mysql, this column must be LONGBLOB.
