[rt-users] Showing full history in a query or report.

Hi,

I've been back over the lists and I can't find any reference to this, so
I'm probably asking a stupid question.

I'm in the process of setting up RT as a replacement to an old (largely
broken) in-house ticketing system, coded by a long since gone employee,
but I've hit a stumbling block.

I need to be able to produce a report each month which shows the full
history on any open tickets or any tickets closed in the month.

I'm hoping there is something I can do in a query, but the more I fiddle
with it, the more my hope is fading and I'm wondering if I need to be
looking at a scrip, or perhaps a complex SQL query.

I wonder if anyone on the list has already solved this or a similar
problem and can point me in the right direction?
