[rt-users] 3.6.5 Cannot find server

Hello,

Running 3.6.5 on Solaris 10 with mysql backend.

The directions in RT Essentials and on the RT wiki for changing the logo
don't seem to be correct for 3.6.5.  The URL and the alt text work, but the
actual image shows up as broken.  It appears that Mason doesn't know what to
do with the new .jpg or .gif.  Even copying over the bplogo.gif didn't quite
work ... it still showed the original bp logo.  Is there something special I
need to do to get Mason to handle the new image file correctly?
