Whatever your RT home directory is, your callback should go under 
$RTHOME/local/html/Callbacks/xxxxxx/Ticket/Elements/ShowTransaction

where xxxxxx is any string you choose. Look at 
http://wiki.bestpractical.com/view/CleanlyCustomizeRT for more 
details on callbacks.
